About Us Established in the 1980s, the London Development Institute (LDI) represents the majority of London's development community. Our Mandate is to work with London's City Council and Administration on development and tax-based issues and monitor the timing of infrastructure projects. Most LDI members are longtime London residents who continue to give back to our community.
